Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does shipping take?

    Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within Egypt. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link. You can also check your order status in your account.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over EGP 1,000. Check our shipping policy for full details.

  • What areas do you deliver to?

    We deliver across all governorates in Egypt. Some remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.

  • What sock sizes do you offer?

    We offer sizes for the whole family:

    1. Men's socks: fit shoe sizes 41–45
    2. Women's socks: fit shoe sizes 38–41
    3. Kids' socks: available in the following age ranges:
    4. Newborn – 6 months
    5. 1 – 2 years
    6. 2 – 4 years
    7. 4 – 6 years
    8. 8 – 10 years
    9. 12 – 14 years

Orders

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    You can request changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

  • What if I received the wrong item?

    We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item received, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

  • My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

    Please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging, then reach out to us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Contact our team to start a return.

  • How do I exchange an item?

    To exchange an item, contact us with your order number and the item you’d like instead. We’ll guide you through the process.

  • How long do refunds take?

    Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), and various digital payment methods. All options are shown at checkout.

  • How do I apply a promo code?

    Enter your promo code in the discount field at checkout and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total.

  • Is cash on delivery available?

    Yes, cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Egypt. Simply select it as your payment method at checkout.
