Returns & Exchanges

As our products fall under the personal wear category, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or tried on, to maintain hygiene and safety standards for all customers.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, socks are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once opened or used.

Eligible Return Cases

We only accept returns in the following situations:
  • Wrong item received
  • Item is damaged
  • Item is defective upon arrival

Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return:
  • The product must be unopened, unworn, and unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number)

Return Instructions

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
  • Once approved, our courier will arrange pickup within 3–5 business days
