Order Delivery & Support
- Your comfort comes first. All orders are confirmed by our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.
- For any inquiries or issues, please contact us directly via WhatsApp for faster support. Kindly avoid contacting the shipping company.
- We actively follow up on all shipments. If your order is delayed or rejected, our team will reach out within 3 days.
- If you face any issue after receiving your order, contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll handle it right away.
- Official working days are Sunday to Thursday. Fridays and public holidays are off for both our team and shipping partners.
Delivery Schedule
- Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (excluding Fridays and official holidays).
- Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
- Remote and outer areas may take 5–10 working days.
- Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS with the total amount (COD) and the courier’s contact details.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp.
